Mediation

Mediation is a form of dispute resolution, in which two or more parties engage in conversation in a confidential setting to reach a solution to what divides them. The mediator is independent and neutral and guides parties in this process. The aim of mediation is to reach lasting agreements agreeable to both parties. Mediation is usually less invasive and faster than litigation.

Bergh Stoop & Sanders offers mediation in labour conflicts, employee participations disputes and other cooperation problems within teams, boards or between shareholders, in accordance with the quality requirements of the Mediatorsfederatie Nederland (MfN).
