We offer startups and scaleups several packages with standard – tailor-made – agreements for a fixed fee. The documents we offer are useful for companies in their founding phase, but also for companies that want to “take the next step” and grow and professionalise further. We understand that well-drafted agreements are essential in every phase of a growing business. That is why we are happy to help, so that you can focus on what really matters: growing your business. Employment law packages

  • Standard package: fixed- and indefinite term employment contract
  • Standard+ package: fixed and indefinite term employment contract + settlement agreement
  • Extended package: fixed and indefinite term employment contract + settlement agreement + contract of services or secondment agreement
  • Extended+ package: fixed- and indefinite term employment contract + settlement agreement + contract of services or secondment agreement + general terms and conditions (basic)

Equity and participation packages

  • Shareholders’ agreement package: agreement between the founders/investors and possibly with the management board
  • Share package: deed of issue of shares + shareholders’ resolution + board resolution
  • Stock option package: stock option agreement + shareholder resolution + board resolution
  • Shares without voting rights package: deed of issue of shares without voting rights + shareholders’ resolution + board resolution

One of our specialists in the field of employment law, corporate law, intellectual property law, contract law and insolvency law can, for a fixed agreed fee, visit your startup for one day (or part of a day) to work for your company and provide advice. During that day, they can provide you, your HR manager and/or your legal counsel with specific advice on the models that are, or should be, used within your startup and the legal issues that your startup is facing.

The packages and extra options consist of standard (model) agreements that are made in line with your wishes. The agreements can be drawn up in Dutch or in English and can be worked with immediately. Off course, tailor made solutions can be discussed. We are happy to think the options over with you.
