About Gert-Jan van den Bergh

Active as an attorney since 1991 and one of the founders of Bergh Stoop & Sanders. Partner at Stibbe until 2004. In addition to intellectual property law, Gert-Jan focuses on all aspects of art law (restitution cases at home and abroad, authenticity, transactions and auctions). Due in part to an active lecture circuit and various publications, Bergh Stoop & Sanders has built up an internationally recognised reputation in this field.
