About Auke van Hoek

Graduated in civil law from Leiden University in 2017. Specialised in the field of intellectual property law, among others with a thesis on ‘The personality right of the architect’. For this, an honourable mention was made at the AIPPI (NL) symposium 2018. Attended a semester at Queen Mary University London in 2016 and did internships at various intellectual property law practices during his studies. In addition, he has conducted moot court training for the Moot Court profession.

Auke has registered the legal area Intellectual property law/civil law in the Register of Legal Areas of the Dutch Bar Association. This registration obliges him to obtain ten training points per calendar year in this registered area of law, according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
